If your purchase involves a subscription or installment plan, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. You authorize us to charge the agreed-upon amount automatically to your chosen payment method at the specified intervals (e.g., monthly or annually).
3. Payment Processing
Payments will be processed securely through a third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted, and your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on some of our online courses/business services. Please contact us to inquire about the specific return policy of your purchase prior to making the purchase if you have any questions. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and your purchase qualifies for a full or partial refund within the stated period, you may request a refund. 5. Failed or Late Payments
In the event of a failed payment, we will attempt to notify you via email and reattempt the transaction. If payment is not received within 48 hours, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any purchased services or content until the outstanding amount is settled.
6. Taxes
All prices listed on our website are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, etc.) based on your location.
7. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change the pricing of any product or service at any time. If you have purchased a subscription, we will notify you of any price changes and provide the option to cancel before the new rates take effect.
8. Currency
All transactions will be processed in good ol' Unites States Dollars, unless otherwise specified.
9. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have any concerns regarding a payment or transaction, please contact our customer support at support@buildsuccess.com. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the termination of your account and future access to our services.
