Online Courses: You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (unless otherwise specifically stated) if you have not accessed or completed more than 50% of the course content. If you have accessed or completed more than 50%, refunds will not be issued.
Business Consulting Services: Refunds for consulting services are available on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, you may request a refund within 30 days of your first session. Subscription Services (If applicable): For any subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds will only be issued for the first 7 days of the initial subscription period, provided no services or content have been accessed. For subsequent billing periods, cancellations will take effect for the next billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued.
Live Events or Webinars: Refunds for live events or webinars are available up to 7 days before the scheduled event date. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
